As Project Fellow seconded by BCG, I support the World Economic Forum's Platform on Shaping the Future of Advanced Manufacturing and Production. Our project focuses on examining the successful applications unlocking data value in manufacturing, and developing a suite of practices and tools for building successful data-sharing ecosystems.

Managing the FAL Hamburg work stream of the Lead-Time Reduction Project.

Worked as Executive Assistant to the Head of A320 Family Customization and later VP A320 Family Final Assembly Line Hamburg. Prepared dossiers, gathered and interpreted data, participated in senior management meetings, managed the departments portfolio of projects, assessed and managed the department’s risks & opportunities and coordinated health & safety activities. Supported the merger of two major production centres and created interim governance model.

Graduated First in class Thesis: On Project Prioritization: Assessing projects in a cost optimisation portfolio. (Grade: 1.0) The degree focused on the combination of practical experience and academic knowledge. It included both engineering subjects and business management courses.
