Lead and coordination of the technical staff of the Cement Production Division, Region Central Europe (30 employees) Member and representative of the Cement Production Division in the Country Management Committee of Holcim (Schweiz) AG; deputy of the Technical Director Holcim Central Europe Lead, evaluation, support and execution of strategical projects within the CE Region (technical optimizations, cost reduction projects, synergies, best practices etc.)

Plant manager of Eclépens integrated cement plant: production of ca. 800 kt/a; clinker production capacity 700 kt/a, 105 employees Mayor plant modernization and optimization project (from 1700 t cli/d to 2300 tcli/d), total investment of ca. 80 mio. CHF Significant reduction of quality customer complaints by optimization of product quality (implementation of complementary raw material correctives, process optimzations etc.)
