I am a part of a European team of recruitment professionals and handle all aspects of the recruitment cycle. With broad responsibility, I handle employer branding activities, event planning, event representing, HR support, and candidate ownership. I recruit all kinds of roles for Dell, e.g. sales roles, marketing roles, manager roles, techical roles, specialist roles, remote roles and other.

- Sales activity - Cooperation with Line Managers & HR Business Partners to define the recruitment needs, in order to coordinate the recruitment and start the hiring process. - Responsible for the overall recruitment process - Support Recruiting function with recruiting process that includes: scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates. - Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in internal systems and producing recruiting reports.
