I strive to participate to Group wide projects as data source manager, review, consolidate and maintain the business local platforms of reporting, provide an integrated solution for managing the reporting requests that improves the service delivery, gives a clear picture of the on-going workload and offers a requests follow-up system to the end-users, give daily support to the sales channels and ensure operational support to the entire division.

Provide ad-hoc and standard reporting as well as in-depth analysis of our products and customers required by all divisions within the company. Implementation of intermediate solutions to provide figures on our products while waiting the IT ones. Collaborate closely with Business Delivery Team to help them to do the UAT of their projects.

Find and improve a CMS for storing and providing internal documents and communications throughout the whole company. End to end implementation of a web module for managing and archiving business requests. Provide in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis on relevant key figures. Deep understanding of business needs and strong HMI (Human-Machine Interface) skill acquired during this position.

Perform business analysis activities at strategical, operational, and organizational level. Play the role of interface between IT and Business community to validate reporting sources. End to end implementation of a standalone solution for supporting sales representatives in customer acquisition.

End to end implementation of a web based reporting system for monitoring sales performances in relevant perspectives.
