In charge of Indirect Spend Categories (Marketing, Sales, HR, Contact centers, IT, BPO, Facilities, etc.) in International Region (EU, APAC, LATAM). Supporting global transformation from a Category based organization to a Regionally oriented structure. Developing Strategic Sourcing team and engagement, driving increasing spend penetration in EU & International. Managing and coaching a remote team in order to deliver local, regional or global sourcing operations.

In charge of IT, Telecom and Digital categories sourcing / procurement strategies. Role & responsibilities included: - Managing sourcing team to deliver end-to-end source to contract operations. - Mentoring / developing the team on Category strategies development, sourcing and negotiation strategies’ design and implementation.

Working for TF1 Group (owner of multiple TV stations, including TF1 (largest European private TV channel, n°1 in France), EUROSPORT (largest European sports network) ...). In charge of supporting disciplines required to produce, broadcast/distribute programs and channels, from production, rights’ acquisition related activities, to the channels linear /non-linear distribution.
