Recruitment is sometimes understandably mistaken as a Human Resources opportunity when it is actually an exciting sales role. The position is varied because I am expected to be advisers, business developers, sales executives, marketeers, interviewers and much more.

My role was to support Service Account Management teams with internal processes and transactions. I was responsible for the maintenance of contracts held with Named Customers and co-ordinate many of the internal activities required for the preparation of a sale, for example, ensuring that all of the required contractual documentation is in place and up to date, facilitating new billing address requests, identification of possible up-sell opportunities, co-ordinate quote preparation and booking.
