In collaboration with the IFRC Secretariat, I Supported the Humanitarian Education (HE) initiative in engaging with Red Cross Red Crescent Societies to enlarge, strengthen and share their contributions on HE matters.

I assisted in the drafting of a publication on Femicide, by helping with research and writing of two articles and supported the organization of different events, conference and symposiums. In addition, I led and conducted a study on drug use among young adults (The Young Adults Drug Initiative) and carried out the presentation of the survey and its results; as well as the research, study preparation and drafting of its analysis.

I processed customer purchase orders and managed order and quote priorities to ensure customer satisfaction and full support of the sales force. Responded to internal and external order inquiries and follow up issues through to resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborated closely with finance department ensuring internal controls for accurate financial reporting, such as complying with Sarbanes-Oxley act.

I assisted with annual course planning. Collaborated with team members to resolve arising problems related to the fusion of BEM and EUROMED MANAGEMENT.

Assisted with the update of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) manuals for training sessions, conducted research on IHL topics, e.g. Syrian chemical weapons, healthcare, starvation, sexual violence, genocide and assisted with cases of misuse of the Red Cross emblem.

Assisted in the organization of workshops at the regional office in South Asia (ROSA) and conducted research on the evolution of the legislation on terrorism prevention in member states.

Developed a project proposal for teachers to include international children’s rights into teachers’ curriculum and collaborated with team members to develop a global project to identify potential investors in the region.
