Support for in-store activation campaigns, Point-of-Sales materials development, production of gimmicks and uniforms, and purchase process in the system (SAP). Relationship with Logistic operator (inventory and material distribution). Budget control for all area expenses. Active participation into Category Management project for 4 different customers: D’avó, Pague Menos, Confiança e Condor. Support for Merchandising area.

Support for new customer search and CRM activities with current customers. Sales tracking and KPIs. Support for the area manager with media plans, awards and visibility actions.

Active participation into entire Point-of-Sale campaign development including Key Visual creation, in-store material development, campaign tracking and course-correction recommendation, and purchase process in the system (SAP). Participation into annual bidding process for Point-of-Sales materials. Budget control for all area expenses.

Research and analysis in Student Attraction & Retention area, providing improvement proposals and solutions for identified issues.

In-store Intern program covering different areas (cashier, customer service area, treasury, area supervisor) focusing on Commercial management training.

Cash cycle management (accounts payable. accounts receivables, cash flow). Contracts negotiation as well as legal / accounting issue resolution (with the support of a lawyer and an accountant)
