Our marketplace is a one-stop destination for fashion, art, and home decor from small businesses around the world. Tictail’s social features allow brands and shoppers to communicate directly, in real time.

Our mission was to rethink a new engaging platform (and events) to allow clients to create their own experience and relations with the brand and its products. It gives the company a chance to learn what motivates them the most to use our services. It also gives us access to better feedbacks, it helps us reduce our customer support costs, boost our brand exposure and gives us the opportunity to truly listen to the Voice of the Customer. We can then develop the next products or services they really need.

designed and led The Grand Palais social and content strategy and managed content for our social media channels which have a combined following of over two million users.

As a PR consultant, I have worked with high-value French brands early in my career. As part of the lifestyle, food and wine team @HOPSCOTH, it was my responsibility to make sure I developed a tight relationship with my clients (Pernod Ricard, FAUCHON,MUMM Champagnes, MATY, UNEP...) ensuring I understood their needs, the business sector, and maintained a keen understanding of industry trends.
