Commercial ground-up projects in Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway and San Antonio. Projects included restaurants, banks, retail locations, dormatory, water treatment facility and tenant finish-out.

Hired as onsite project manager to complete new ground-up hotels in various parts of the country. This company’s bid method was GMAX contracts. It was my responsibility to “buy out” the project with local trades or national vendors once I had arrived to set-up the site. All buy-out, purchase orders and subcontracts were coordinated with the home office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
