As Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for the overall technology strategy and ensure alignment with business goals. I lead the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 driven IT solutions that drive efficiency and growth. I manage our technical team, guiding them in adopting best practices on ERP and CRM. I also evaluate new tools and partnerships to maintain a competitive edge and ensure the long-term technological success.

As a Dynamics 365 specialist, I design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client business needs. I analyze processes and translate them into efficient workflows within the Dynamics ecosystem. I collaborate with stakeholders to configure, customize, and integrate modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. I also provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and maximum value from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
