Lead developer on core Scrum for a large scale n-tier client-server health insurance application. Implementing key business requirements and making continuous improvements to code base. Lead developer on new project to provide scheduling functionality to clients. This enabled CM2000 customers to allocate care workers more efficiently and integrated with the existing visit logging system.

Part of the team providing customer database solutions Key responsibilities and achievements: • Improved response times of key stored procedures • Worked on a new project to provide customer support staff with an improved customer contact application • Introduced new feeds into the database

Part of the team developing the major next generation internal BUPA system intended to replace and consolidate a number of legacy systems. Key responsibilities and achievements: • Key developer in a major stream on the project • Helped junior / new team members get up to speed • Used a unit test driven development approach utilising nUnit • Provided support to system test and UAT testing cycles

CM2000 provide electronic monitoring and reporting for the home care industry. Responsibilities and achievements: • Key developer in migration of existing VB6 application to VB.NET 2005 • Ongoing development of the upgraded VB.NET 2005 application • Involved in the full development life cycle • Provide second level support and on-site implementation
