My responsibilities include: - Increasing brand awareness for Supahands brand in German market - Identify target clusters and audiences among current customers and new categories - Conduct market analysis for core Supahands solutions - Form collaborations/partnerships with local parties with the aim of increasing brand reach

- Responsible for organizing and facilitating of annual team building event - Developed company vision, mission, values and tagline together with co-founders - Develop branding guidelines with lead designer and co-founders - Responsible for liaising with external parties for any external communications/presentations and maintaining a consistent brand message - Responsible for PR outreach to allow for continuous coverage of brand. - Streamlined communication flow for users on our Entrepreneur platform - Was involved in developing a new hiring process for remote taskforce which enabled us to grow our cumulative pool of SupaAgents by more than 200% - Explored different initiatives aimed at increasing engagement with our remote taskforce (organized first meetup with a few of our remote workers) - Spearheaded culture activities within the company, including the first team building event.
