Responsible to achieve the yearly cost reduction targets. Responsible to manage the engineering team of design, planning, quality, and metier.

Responsible for the industrialization of wiring harnesses for North American OEMs. Secure the milestones for prototype built, pre-series and ramp-up. Mentor for the dedicated project teams with in the production facility.

Managing the industrialization phase for wiring harnesses from the project start until EOP with a team of 33 engineers. Facilitate design to manufacturing transfer including materials, production & testing equipment readiness.

Responsible for the drawing creation of wiring harnesses for dedicated customers. Creation of the manufacturing BOM and structuring of the assembly groups. Regulary visit of a customer in Europe as a Resident Engineer for harness development. Part project leader for the industrialization phase of wiring harnessess by using Gateway technics.
