I work as a Senior Salesforce Consultant in a Startup Organisation with 15-20 employees that specialises in Salesforce. A Startup requires its employees to wear multiple hats in and across Projects, hence, I play multiple roles including Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager and Client Engagement Manager equipping me to approach a problem from different perspectives.

In HSBC, I worked as Associate Business Analysts and was part of the HSBC Global transformation team responsible for end to end execution of strategic and Business transformation projects for the organisation. I primarily worked on Payments domain of Banking as a Business Analyst and additionally on CRM, Core Banking, Billing, Pricing and in Business Product development Projects. I was part of the team that launched Direct Corporate Access (DCA) proposition for HSBC in Faster Payments Implementation.

I worked as a Developer / Functional Analyst in the Payments domain of Banking and additionally in Core Banking, Billing, Pricing and Migration Projects. My day to day activities involved Requirements Gathering, preparing High and Low level solution design document, change management and project implementation.
