Exposure to PVC wrapping process for the application for Decoration (Foam backed Finisher) Also work with Project to support the ANPQP requirement to fulfil the Project Milestone requirements

Checking the feasibility for A-Class surfaces for the potential parts to convert them as Natural fiber composites Making typical sections for Composite based IP to illustrate the Concept, Mounting strategy and assembly directions as well as part split. Responsible for output from the IP team for Cad data creation based on Sections by considering Manufacturing, assembly as well as cost.

Creation of Engineering Design from the styling data surfaces by considering DOM, DOA & texture requirements. Product Design of IP Assembly by meeting performance as well as functional DVP’s. Design of Dashboard by considering the parameters like CRASH, ADT, NVH, Durability, BSR, CFD for airflow with in cabin Populating design documents like DVP, SOR, DFMEA and CIR and BTP and SCMM etc.,

Evaluating the styling input and creating the solid parts by considering tool ability and have to propose die direction, parting lines for the solids which are created based on the Master section and styling surface. Building the attachment features on the solid part to facilitate packaging. Reviewing with Engineers in North America to get the approvals for design release. Creating proposals to studio team for the changes in the visible surface and getting their approvals
