Involved in design and development of a new concept for Test Program Logistic handling and software Interface between the Tester hardware and the workstation. Defined Input and Output file specifications in XML format. Developed a stand-alone tool to parse the Input files in XML format using DOM XML parser classes and write XML result data files. TestProgram logistic support for enabling a new TestSystem in Production fabrication unit.

Designed and implemented a TestCaseProgram tool which generates different random defect Patterns, applied on repair algorithm used in post process for Flash devices to test the efficiency. Worked on developing advanced algorithms improving the repair capability with limited resources available for replacing and fusing the defect cells on a chip. Analyzed different chip architectures with different densities. Developed an architecture independent software tool.

Evaluated a specific real-time testing tool, which is used to model Formal specifications. Designed Model guidelines for the formal specifications. Implemented Temporal logic formulas for the formal specification inorder to escape the deadlock states of the specification. Presented a survey on various formal methods which automatically generate reall-time conformance Test cases from timed automate specifications. Designed and implemented an efficient algorithm for generation of Test cases

Designed and developed an Automated system for maintaining RIG tool repository of the firm. Creation and manipulation of the RIG database in Oracle. Joint work in performance and analysis evaluation of the automated system focusing on the enduser functionality. Installation support to all end-users with a well documented User manual.
