•Responsible for leading projects and mentoring full-time and part-time project managers in La Ferté Fresnel Plant •Define and set up of the Continuous Improvement Process in La Ferté Fresnel Plant. •Training of the production leaders and team members on the lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, RG (Red & Green),..). •Implemented 12 SMED, 2 TPM, 1 HOSHIN. •Developped and set up of communication boards.
