- Focused on improving the quality of end to end Datacenter Services - Support IT infrastructure strategy initiatives like DC migration, Platform Migration etc. - Performed the definition, procurement and implementation process of many different technologies such as Microsoft, IBM, HP, Novell, VMware, Dell, Cisco, etc - Managed scope, costs, deadlines, risks, quality and other project management disciplines with outsourcing team and specialized suppliers

• Providing L3 support for Windows NT/2K/2K3 servers to EMEA clients • My responsibilities also included Windows 2003 AD Administration ,server and application security, patching and antivirus management • Backup management using tools like Arcserve 6.61 and Verita Netbackup 4.5 • Administration and Management of Citrix Presentation Server 4 Farm • Managing E-mail Infrastructure based on Exchange 2003 which involved support Exchange server based issues
