Vendor Manager for IT vendors (Oracle, Infosys, etc.) - I created a common view of the vendor performance across the bank by consolidating the performance of Obligations, Performance Metrics and by managing regulatory and delivery risks throughout the bank. - I established a continuous dialogue to building trust and cooperation between the vendor and the business. - I led the review and update of the Playbook used to identify Obligations and Performance Metrics across different sourcing categories.

Post contract risk management (management of contract delivery risks (post signature)) in the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). - I helped setup the TPRM ongoing monitoring process and increase the process uptake by strong stakeholder management. - In parallel, I took over midstream a project to process the legacy contracts through TPRM, brought it back on track and successfully delivered the project on time. - Managed the third party risks post contract signature.

Managed a large Electronic Work Place (EWP) outsourcing contract (56 million USD pa) and Infrastructure & Operations contract. - I developed a Statement of Work (SOW) for Application monitoring services on the Infrastructure & Operations contract and helped settle a commercial dispute around a high value work order and created savings for the project.

Design, pilot and launch a global IT operational readiness to assess and manage potential operational risks in projects - I led the design, setup and rollout of the new IT operational readiness process and team. The credibility that I had established as a project manager helped pave the way to adoption of the new process Responsible for the Service Integration in large outsourcing contracts.  Negotiation of the Service Integration exhibit for the largest Network Integration outsourcing

Co-handling of commercial disputes clearing house of a very large global ISP outsourcing contract, value approx. 4 billion USD over 10 years. - From being relatively inexperienced in outsourcing, I ramped up rapidly to be the global coordinator and evaluator for commercial disputes. I considered all positions before proposing a fair resolution which helped the acceptance of the proposals in a heated environment. - I received the ZURICH RECOGNITION AWARD for my contributions to this role.

Infrastructure and operations project manager to the primary Swiss and Moroccan general insurance application development projects. - I contributed to the stabilization of application performance by raising awareness of the risks of the issues around the operational stability of the applications. - I developed the strategy and managed the execution for Load & Performance tests. - I supported in the planning and stable execution of application releases.

Technical presales & consultancy, Technical support data clearing; - I helped start up the Indian subsidiary of MACH Luxembourg by working in different roles. Expert on GSMA roaming global standards for India and Asia Pacific; - I developed, launched and delivered trainings in GSMA roaming global standards in India and Asia Pacific.
