Short-term position as a coordinator for Swedac (Swedish Board for Accreditation and Conformity Assessment), which is a government authority for quality and safety, on their technical unit for industrial and facilities.

All that is part of being an involved parent. Kindergarten is already running perfectly.

Volvo Cars IT - Was co-ordinating the administratration for Outbound Logistics. IT admin for the PMO (Project Management Office) taking care of the weekly report and VCC IT projects Share Point sites. Project Manager which investigated the root cause of network-related problems seen, using crossdiscipline resources (VCIT, Cygate, Fujitsu, AMS, others) as needed. Co-ordinate projects e.g. administration and communication with NSC Delta IT. Lastly by being a Project Admin for NSC Delta 8B Market

Coordination of the data connections i.e. the coordination and control of incoming (external) and outgoing (internal) orders, which involve both vendors and customers contact. The job includes every aspect of the delivery process when it comes to deliveries of xDSL, Fixed Wireless Access and fiber products.

Working with customer care pre- and after sales of all Dell products for business and consumers. Have daily contact with customers, vendors and carriers. Maintain a record of each contact to ensure every one of one them receive quality management, follow-up as well as pro-active efforts. Being the guest ambassador for my department i.e. improving internal communications between all other Dell Copenhagen departments and mine.

Worked as a Dispatcher during the summer period. The work involved taking care of all technical orders after customer support registered them. Actual work tasks included receiving orders, releasing them - and if necessary equipment – to technicians, following up, ending cases, updating the database etc. Had daily dealings directly with customers and technicians.

With focus on Business-related Information Seeking inside Organisations to produce new knowledge on information seeking behaviour amongst ordinary business people i.e. casual information users from which both academia and industry will benefit.
