As a social volunteer, I was part of the so-called "Happy School Project“. The Happy School Project is a voluntary government school makeover project inspired by the concept of Bala (building as a learning aid) which is an innovative way to look at the relation of a child with the school space. It is about developing the school’s entire physical environment as a learning aid. At the core, it is about maximising the educational value of built space through visual imagery.

During my working student experience at Microsoft, I was responsible for the partner channel marketing management related to the Surface product family. Some of my specific tasks included the organisation and coordination of partner marketing campaigns, meaning the close and regular consultation with surface commercial partners to support their marketing plans, and the primary responsibility in the planning, organization, implementation and moderation of exclusive partner events.

Participation in and organisation of internal and external projects to get some practical consulting experiences. Internal training workshops included standard consulting skills such as PM, QM, presentation skills, case studies and many others.

Besides the execution of tasks related to the content management of various marketing channels and the strategic positioning of a higher-level online marketing presence, I supported startups in their early phase including market launch and press relations.

Preparation, implementation and follow-up of a gamification-inspired internal employee competition to increase the motivation of employees working in the production area of Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge. Cooperation in project marketing, the organisation of big company events and development of suitable communication processes.

I helped in the installation and maintenance of product pages for the online shop of MDM. Additionally, I was responsible for the creation of website graphics with professional image editing programs and mainly worked on the creation and optimisation of SEA campaigns using Google AdWords.

The Master's program "Media, Management and Digital Technologies" deals with entrepreneurial questions related to the management and application of innovative digital technologies in the context of the media and Internet industry.
