Seit 1996 beraten wir Mitglieder der Unternehmensleitung, Führungskräfte und Teams auf dem Weg zu (noch) mehr Wirkung. Wir, das sind 21 Mitglieder der Satya Gruppe aus der Schweiz und aus Deutschland mit unterschiedlichen Ausbildungen und jahrelanger Erfahrung in ihren thematischen Schwerpunkten. In unserem Handeln orientieren wir uns an Gandhis Begriff "Satyagraha" und übersetzen das in unserer Arbeit so: mutig, wahrhaftig, bodenständig, wertschätzend und kraftvoll sein .

I currently work and live in Nelson, New Zealand. I work for an educational consultancy who provides an allround service and on-site support for a sabbatical-time (in particular with the children), a gap year or a school time for international students in New Zealand. I support the team in projects and leadership coaching.

Advising on HR-related issues (recruitment, organisational changes, employment contracts, developing of Job Specifications for all staff etc.) • Recruitment Consultant

Responsible for all aspects of HR (recruitment, HR Business Partner, HR Systems and Tools, redundancies etc.) excluding reward systems

Duties included advertising of positions, registering candidates, matching candidates to job specifications/role profiles, holding interviews (over telephone and face-to-face), profiling candidates, liaising with clients and candidates, general administration duties.

Part-time Language Assistant: Duties were to take groups of students for conversation classes and exam preparations in the German language.
