I;plemented new procedures for reporting, escalation, product demos.

Managed on-time and within budget development of a BI system designed to measure IT security posture. Led efforts to pass internal and external Sarbanes Oxley audits. Spearheaded efforts to increase data integrity and improve enterprise reporting of IT incidents through the establishment of new quality processes and implementation of a new data model in ITIL environment. Implemented quality control process, and process efficiencies.

Managed communications and training project as part of a 15 million dollar CDN GIS consulting project at the Ministry of Forests in British Columbia. Streamlined business processes and improved efficiency for the British Columbia Nurses Association by designing and teaching a three day custom training course focusing on advanced software functions.
