Speed up compound optimization by the automation of advanced cellular models for in vitro ADME/Tox studies: • Providing technical leadership and project management for customized automation solutions across interdisciplinary teams and departments • Implementation of automated systems, workflow tools and database interfaces required for optimal experimental efficiency, ease of use and data accessibility • Ensure alignment and infrastructure support by liaising with pRED-wide automation resources

Responsibilities: Development of complex integrated liquid handling systems for customers within the EMEA region; Projects are handled from presales through project finalization and include the coordination and management of the project team. Selected projects: Establishment of an antibody aliquotation workstation; Establishment of a camel doping screening workstation; Establishment of an immunophenotyping workstation for leukemia screens.

Responsibilities: Programming and maintenance of automated lab equipment including pipetting robots, readers and washers. Implementing, running and data handling of screens for customers Selected projects: Automated optical clearing of liver slices and islets; Implementation of an RNAbinding protein screen; Implementation of a protein localization screen.

Selected projects: Implementation of an automated sample store; Establishment of genome-scale resources for in vivo tag-based protein function exploration in C. elegans, D. melanogaster and H. sapiens using high-throughput recombineering.
