Process and product development of co-fermented vegan fish using fungi and algae. Design of product using 3D solidworks software.

Development and scaled up a co-fermentation process of fungi and algae for vegan fish, using bioreactors and basic fermentation equipment. This involved optimizing process parameters, such as oxygen and pH and other media related parameters, and utilizing statistical analysis to identify key variables. I gained expertise in microbial physiology, process kinetics, and project management, making me a valuable asset for advancing sustainable food production.

Detection and classification of bacteria using Raman spectroscopy analysis

• Operation and supervision of molecular sizing of Pneumococcal polysaccharide by using High pressure homogenizer (Micro fluidics), activating the polysaccharide with activating agent and conjugation reac-tion (Biostats-B plus Conjugation reactor) with protein carrier. • Sample analysis using HPLC (waters) and Empower software to check average molecular weight, con-version of reaction and yield percentage. • Trained and worked under cGMP environment in A-grade vaccine development facility.
