We are an international intermediary for permanent and interim positions in Europe and have the largest network and channels in the embedded and automation industry. We mediate graduates, professionals, executives and directors, for sales, marketing, technical, logistic and back-office positions.

Responsible, for the HR organization in Europe (Talent Management; Recruitment; People Performance Management; Reward & Recognition; Health & Wellbeing), across 8 countries in Europe (Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, Poland and Sweden). 

In my role I work close to the business to support local organizational development (like organizational changes, culture/engagement, competency development, team development, etc.). Member of the Global HR project team.
