As Senior Consultant I am driving many projects in the field of digital transformation. The spectrum of projects ranges from transformation and change programs to project and program management in Commercial/Sales, IT Strategy, Agile Transformation and Process Management & Automation.

ICT Management Consultant with focus in IT Strategy, IT Service Management and IT Sourcing driving Digital Transformation and Business Development.

Responsible for the financial results of 2 medium-sized business customers. Leading the account teams with 20 international members. Ensuring service quality, keeping cost budget/targets and high customer satisfaction. Support IT Strategy development, coordination and alignment with the customer. Introduction of measures to improve the results of IT Service Management. Management of account teams including personnel selection and training of new employees into existing account teams.

Carrying out due diligence activities with the client to ensure a smooth transition of service providers to service providers. Design and implementation of new PMO processes from project handover to ongoing operations. Responsible for controlling project scope, schedule and budget across all client projects and ensuring that the required quality objectives and key deliverables are met.
