• Independent identification, planning, coordination, and implementation of optimization projects (e.g., setup workshops, automation and digitization projects) • Implementation and coaching of a systematic CIP process and shop floor management • Design of training concepts for lean methods and their implementation

• Subproject management for wheel carrier assembly • Series planning/further development of wheel carrier and front axle assembly • Integration of new projects into wheel carrier and front axle assembly • Responsible for tendering, procurement, and implementation of assembly lines (project costs > €3 million)
