Responsible for dedicated ME and Sustainability Projects on a global level to ensure common alignment and added value of all related activities.

Providing leadership to each program´s in the EUAPO region to ensure the timley excecution and delivery of the program, to specification and within agreed budgets. Key within this responsibility is the ability to pro actively identify and mitigate any risks to program performance. Primary interface with the customer for all aspects of the program including the area of engineering, supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality.

Design and re-layout of the production value streams. Analysis of machine capabilities and planning of new equipment to integrate serial production for new buisness. Considering and implementation of operating model. Budget responsible and managing of the capitel expenditure to the management team. Ensure and enhance the 0 accident strategy. Integration and improvement of the HSEE strategy. Execute CIMS projects in accordance to budget.

Analysis and restructuring of the processes in the plant Radevormwald. Excecution of lean fundamental tools (Standard Work, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, SMED) for planning and technincal prepartion of the future layout for the plant. Restructuring of all process steps including discovering of none value added processes to increase the performance per hour. Technical realization of moving complex machine areas with involvement of engineers of technical departments according the planed value stream.

Development of low cost production systems with reduction of non value added processes to produce main bearings caps on the Honda production line at the facility in Germantown. Know How Sahring and communication of process data between the production sites in the Wisconsin area.

Responsible for the implementation of the APQP and PPAP Processes in the production of new parts including change management. Transfer of new product group from plant Oberhausen to plant Bonn and implementation of neccessary processes to realize serial production according the paned time schedule.

Roll out the Lean Management philosophy at the Bonn plant and carry out improvement projects and workshops in cooperation with all departments and employees- Applience of lean tools like 5s, SMED, AM and Standard Work to opimize poduction process according the increase of performace per hour.
