Sven Welther

During my internship at Bain, I was able to participate in international teleconferences, support the consulting support staff in finding and structuring information for the consulting staff, and interact with intelligent people. I learned a lot about the processes and challenges of a top consulting firm. But more importantly, I developed a goal. My goal is to one day work for a company where intelligence, willingness to perform, excellence, support, and social responsibility are closely intertwined.
