Graduate Teaching Assistant for modules in relation to research methods and statistical analysis on both undergraduate and postgraduate level, such as "Social Psychology with Research Methods", "Introduction to Statistics and Data Analysis", "Research Methods and Analysis", and "Quantitative Research Methods".

Research assistant in the University of Sheffield Management School; Assistance in a systematic literature review on the benefits of work placements; responsibilities include: literature search and management, study coding, assisting in manuscript submission. This project was supported by a Research Stimulation and Impact Fund awarded to Eva Selenko by the University of Sheffield Management School. Intern in the Vocational Training Department; responsibilities include: designing group tasks and related evaluation forms for the recruitment process of the apprenticeship scheme; creating instructional materials for employees involved in the recruitment process regarding the applied personality and aptitude tests.

Research assistant at the Institute of Psychology, Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Responsibilities include: developing a scientific framework for the construct of dynamic capabilities, including an extensive literature review of this research area; statistical data analysis.

Intern in the Training Department / Workplace Health Management. Responsibilities include: creating an informative brochure on the topic of psychological strain and stress; compiling different methods of activating workshop participants in the in-house personnel development.

Intern in the Payment Department. Responsibilities include: assisting in the pay-roll processes based on tariff and organisational regulations; data monitoring and plausibility checks; assisting in the organisation and preparation of annual salary reviews.
