Part of the team responsible for the main infrastructure of the company in EMEA region. The main teams tasks include design, implementation and support of different technologies: Exchange 2010 and Office 365 Citrix XenDesktop 7.5 Microsoft Terminal Services Active Directory Symantec Backup Exec and Messaging Gateway Vmware ESX 5.5 Microsoft TMG Server HP Blade System, Virtual Connect and HP DL servers for servers HP 3par ,MSA and D2000 series as storage.

As part of Windows Project Services in my team`s scope are all Windows Server related technologies (Active Directory,DNS,DHPC,Powershell, System Center,Hyper-V,Clustering,etc..) and hardware technologies such as HP Blades, Enclosures and Virtual Connect. My responsibilities as part of this team are: Subject Matter Expertise Consultation, Project Implementation Technical project planning and advanced Engineering Participate in Root Cause Analysis related to project activities Implement project plan

I was involved into an innovative project that provides support for HP clients with implemented private cloud solutions. Main used technologies are Hyper-V 2, SC VMM, HP Cloud System Matrix, HP OO, HP CSA.

Technology Lead of a team that consists of 8 people. The team provides Citrix Deep Technical Support for a HP client with one of the biggest Citrix Farms in Europe. As a Technology Lead my job was to provide with a technical consultation the team members, take decisions for technical changes and provide advanced solutions for optimizing team tasks. As a Single Point of Contact I was a low level management provider.

Providing Deep Technical Support for a HP client with one of the largest Citrix farm in Europe(2000+ servers - Citrix PS 4.5, WebInterface, Secure Gateway,Edgesight) - including ongoing support and project related tasks. Handling incident, change and problem management.

Customer support, managing and maintaining corporate servers based on Windows 2003 and Red Hat. Taking part in all IT department projects.

Taking care of 2 servers (one working under Windows and the other - under Linux), 10 work stations, and a corporate website.
