Zertificon Solutions GmbH is an IT security company headquartered in Berlin, Germany established in 2004. The team of 100 employees delivers software for centralized email encryption, signing, and file transfer to over 800 companies from the energy, finance, insurance, automotive, engineering, public service, healthcare, pharmacy, accounting, legal and other sectors. Zertificon’s software products carry the “IT Security Made in Germany” quality seal from the German association for IT security, TeleTrust.

A startup disrupts fashion retail with its 3D body scanning technology. My role was to drive awareness and understanding of the brand globally. I was working in close collaboration with the US-based Chief Strategy Officer. Reported to the CEO.

In 2016, I've started as the only full-stack marketer and within a year I was managing a team of three people. In 2018, I was promoted to Head of Sales and Marketing, and since then had been orchestrating all marketing and sales activities. Managed a team of five people and coached three people. Reported to the CEO.

-> Inbound lead generation. -> Contributed to the content management strategy. -> Developed a content plan: landing pages, blog posts, presentations. -> Cooperated with customers and converted their experience into case studies. -> Set up email lead nurturing campaigns. -> Managed KPIs by updating dashboards and generating reports. -> Found, negotiated, and set up partnerships.
