As a Talent Management professional, I design digital learning solutions, drive data-based talent strategies, and lead initiatives that foster leadership growth and engagement. I also manage mentoring programs, Learning Friday sessions, and best-practice processes to strengthen talent development and organizational learning.

As an instructional designer, I developed engaging learning materials and managed the full training lifecycle for both customers and employees at NavVis. My work included creating interactive e-learning content, managing LMS platforms, producing multimedia materials, and communicating updates through internal channels and release notes.

I supported the planning, implementation, and evaluation of international medical didactic courses for university lecturers at the Center for International Health, LMU Klinikum. My role also involved managing Moodle-based courses, providing administrative and participant support, and contributing to public relations through newsletters.
