Creating advanced insights and dashboards using Tableau for capturing the performances of the Talent Acquisition teams. Analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions & developing recommendations. Create dashboards using Tableau for presentations to Stakeholders. Created database tables with various constraints including primary key, foreign key, etc. Developed advanced SQL queries with multi-table joins, group functions, subqueries, set operations and SQL stored procedures, user defined functions (UDFs) for data analysis.

Responsible for loading, extracting and validation of client data. Liaising with end users and 3rd party suppliers. Performing daily system checks. Data auditing, creating data reports & monitoring all data for accuracy. Involved in generating various reports like Avaya Reports, Customer Satisfaction Reports, Productivity Reports, and Agent Ranking Reports etc using MS Excel and SQL.
