Handling and processing B2B clients' life insurance claim and communicate them about claim money and write-off amount.

Prepared daily and monthly team performance report, finding deviations and highlighting major loop holes, dash board creation and presenting to the client and management, KPI analysis and goal setting, giving feedback to individual team member regarding their performance.
