I have handled the tasks of analyzing and approving chemical quality certificates according to the company’s standard specifications. These certificates were for the materials entering the warehouse for creation of equipment required to drill oil. Additionally, I have also worked on purchase requisition project to raise requisitions on SAP for purchase of new materials. Both projects were part of Celle plant based in Germany.

• Supplier Management - Handling contracts, Invoicing, Material Planning, Raising Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, Worked on monthly transaction reports. • Cargo Finance - Cargo Billing to customers, Handling customer CASS queries, worked on IATA sales reports, Raising CCA's(Charges Correction Advises). • Cargo Claims - Handled PAN India cargo claims, creation of cargo summary for loss or damaged cargo.

I have handled the tasks like booking of containers for shipment, scheduling shipments in coordination with marketing team, releasing original bill of lading, communicating shipping instructions to Liners and amendment ofbill of lading (BL). Additionally, I created daily reports of production for management inspection and connected with customer service team of liners for queries. Furthermore, I coordinated with Custom House Agents (CHA) for details of gate in containers.

I have handled the responsibilities for freighting export bills of shipments of different countries, generating invoices, correcting any changes requested by customer in the bill of lading and handled task of monitoring vessels. I used to generate export bills of lading for different regions according to required specifications and ensuring AMS, ACI and other country specific requirements (Regions included USA, Canada, South East Asia, South Europe, Oceania and Latin America).
