* Implemented improved process flow in the Finishing Department by removing non-value-added activities and reducing excessive manpower for process optimization. * Identified and eliminated bottleneck areas in Stitching lines using lean tools such as time study, process charts, 5S, and kaizen, which eventually increased line efficiency by 65%.
