•Real time monitoring of VoIP Traffic and network devices to ensure swift problem resolution •Troubleshooting voice chopping/distortions/delay issues and doing test calls to optimize route quality •Deal with low ASR and low ACD complaints and keeping local and International customers satisfied with call quality
