The project was to design a 19-inch rack with modules inside it for robust testing of LANCOM Systems devices. The PCB design task was completed during the internship period. My task as student assistant was to design front panel for the modules inside the 19-inch rack. The PCB has Cortex M4 microprocessor over it. The second task was to program the microprocessor for WLAN, UMTS applications. The WLAN operation was tested and verified with the help of prototypes.

The main task was to design PCB modules for the desired task and also do microcontroller programming of the Cortex M4 microcotroller. PCB design included schematic and layout in Altium Designer. The modules have to be mounted inside a 19-inch rack and used for testing purposes of LANCOM devices.
