- Provide escalation point for operation team in L3 issues. - Design, build and implement new sites or new features for existing sites. Data and voice related. - Develop and maintain documentation related to the installation, administration, and maintenance of network infrastructure - Cisco Voice SME(Subject Matter Expert); Primary escalation point in the EAME region

- Configure and maintain technology infrastructure on an approx. 3600+ devices including routers: from 1800 series to 7200 series, switches: from 2900 series to 6500 series - Manage user requirements in 6 interconnected Cisco Call Managers v7, Unity and more Call Manager Express also investigate and - Providing on-call on a 7/24 basis for high priority issue

- Experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting Active Directory (including GPOs), IIS, ISA, WSS, DNS/WINS and MOSS technologies - Responsible for supporting Business critical websites using IIS6+ - Monitor performance, health and availability of infrastructure services(25 SharePoint farms, approx. 700 IIS, 1000+ Windows Server 2003/2008) in SCOM - Also Investigate & Troubleshoot root causes - Skill to identify areas for automation and scripting wherever possible(Powershell, VBscript)
