Finite Element Analysis of Railway Applications, especially Air-Conditioning Systems for Railway. Static-structural and dynamical analysis of different assemblies, parts. Random Vibration Analysis, (PSD, ASD), product life and durability calculations. CFD analysis of air ducts or component interiors (drivers cabin, air conditioning system interior etc.). Project leading and coordination in connection with any strength, acoustical or dynamical problem/task.

Design and construction of industrial fans and tunnel equipment. for the process industry. FEM/FEA analysis of rotating (impeller, shaft) and other structural components. Creating assembly and part drawings so as parts lists and documentation for the production.

Proejktleitung.

Controlling and leading design activities from the quotation phase to the implementation phase. Creating layouts, plans, quotations for customers according to their specific needs, calculating costs, assigning design tasks and leading the design group.

Controling and supervizing production, introducing new products, variants and technologies. Supporting start of production tasks, specifying quality requirements, creating process and maintenance instructions.

Designing injection mold tools (3D), creating and optimizing manufacturing processes, designing EDM-electrodes and creating CNC-programs.
