AZ.pl is a third biggest domain registrar in Poland with more than 11% of market share. Contributed towards the rise of company's market share by 1.4% (second result) in 2010. AZ.pl successfully entered secondary domain market. I was responsible for whole company but thanks to active management board I was focusing mostly on • new services (drop-catching solution, domain market); • IT administration (new datacenter plus redesign of hosting architecture); • customer service optimization;

The acquisition and launch of a long-term cooperation with biggest insurance company in the region. Keeping two other customers. Developing a partnership with a company with the industry’s new product for the geodesic to perform measurements with the use of mobile devices, and GPS system. Conducting advanced work on two other products for the telco sector. Active marketing solutions for Google’s corporate clients (GSA). Acquisition of the organization responsible for the development, promotion and sales.

Conducting 10 employees team in startup company from gaming business. During three months of cooperation involved in development of two iPhone titles, Symbian application, Facebook photo browser application and Facebook SIMS-like game. Responsible for whole production, project management, recruitment, cooperation with US customers, subcontracting and company IT strategy.

Taking over supervision of all means of communication in the company in April 2004. At the same time, the number of subordinate employees in my department had stabilized for 20 people. In a short period of time the biggest changes in telecommunication in shipyard since last 20 years occurred. I mean: • exchange of shipyard’s old trucking-radios for mobile phones (including some 550 cameras); • reduction in the average mobile call prices by 40%; • replacement of two old telephone exchanges by a modern CBX

Creating a 14 person IT department from a scratch and consistent realisation of new outsourcing-based strategy or IT development (old IT department of collapsed shipyard had more than 100 employees).
