- Completing monthly management accounts and reporting pack for director's & board meetings - Coordinating internal audits and ensuring closunre of outstanding findings are achieved throughout the business - Reviewing production budgets and ensuring monthly budget trackers are comleted and variances explained - short term cash management - Answering external audit queries - Ensuring correctness of revenue forecasts by tracking and assessing advanced ticket sales - Coordinate show settlements

- Bringing back the accounting function from Meritor's Swiss office to the newly created Shared Service Centre - Ensuring KPI's are achieved : including timely completion of month end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, vat & intrastat reporting for 13 primary and direct vat registrations - Promoting process improvements and knowledge share points - Leading the EU Sox Control Environments including coordination of testing and closure of audit finings

- Creation of monthly management accounts for up to 10 construction sites, including accruals, prepayments and reporting on KPI's - Attending site meetings and answering finance queries - Tight cash flow management including management of retention payments and ensuring payment applications are invoiced and collected in time
