• Internal LBSM (Local Business Security Manager) regarding assurance of GDPR Compliance of all projects in the field of Financial Services Germany. • Establishment and leadership of PMO and Project Management functions in the banking sector; establishment of structures and managed team approach, as well as being the central communication point for company-internal and external executives. • Punctual support of essential sub-projects and internal processes.

- Onsite PMO with all related tasks as well as punctual content support for 40+ projects in a private bank (regulatory topics such as MiFID II, MaSan, etc., IT/ strategic transformation, internal reorganization etc.) - In-house R&D, supervising and analysing the EU Financial Market and its supervising bodies as well as the regulatory novelties and their respective implications for Financial Institutions - Support to the management in business promotion, preparation of materials, leading workshops, etc.
