Supervise all staff to ensure projects are being properly executed in an efficient effort. Create strategies to execute property management projects in an effective manner. Be on-call should any staff, maintenance, or other issues arise at any given notice. Responsible for all payroll and billing operations. Weekly meetings to ensure projects are being tended to in order of importance.

Hire all staff and ensure all qualifications are up to date. Schedule all swim lessons. Handle all payroll and bookkeeping responsibilities. Handle all year-end tax details.

Research and vote on allocation amounts of donations to local and non-local non-profit organizations. Work hand-in-hand with other board members to ensure non-profits are legitimate and well-deserving of financial gifts. Site visits pre- and post-donation to see what the money has been used for. Follow-up paperwork to ensure we follow 501c3 guidelines.

Assist in all aspects of property management including but not restricted to carpentry, management, payroll, site visits, move in/move out ready for tenants, bookkeeping, weekly staff meetings.

Manage all department financial, managerial, and marketing aspects. Hire and manage all staff including Lifeguards and Swim Instructors as well as any assisting department staff.

Honor Roll each semester; graduated with a 3.4 GPA. Winner of the Marketing Mind Scholarship Award in the Spring of 2000. Member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.
