-Leading automotive lighting projects of Ford Motor Company and Aston Martin Lagonda. -Project management of automotive lighting projects such as CHMSL, side marker, Licence plate lamp, Rear fog lamp, and kind of -Reflex parts for most respected vehicles (AML - DB11, Ford - Fiesta, Kuga, Focus) -Fulfillment of projects milestones and customer demands in a timely manner.

-Leading of design team and Laboratory in product development period -Making feasibility studies of TPE / rubber material and test standards during RfQ period, which is forwarded by sales department. -Responsible for project management of OEM companies such as Jaguar&Land Rover, GM, VW, Subaru, Nissan, TME, Porsche, Fiat (Respecting customer milestones and catching SOP on time)

-Management of Logistics & Production planning department. -Accomplishment of all activities and audits during Ford Q1 application period and achievement of Q1 for Gebze plant. -Responsible for part tracking system and eliminating potential delivery risks. -Responsible for material flow in the production area. -Stock management and supply chain management (orders, material incoming control, delivery activities) -Leading to build EDI system in Gebze plant during Ford Q1 period.

-Responsible for headlamp and tail lamp projects (Ford Tourneo Courier and Tourneo Custom), which are most visual and respected parts at the vehicle. -Follow up project milestones based on project master plan and achieve PSW. -Leading engineering change of relevant projects in serial production. -Leading of all customer demands by tracking weekly management meetings with project team. -Responsible for project budget and reporting in the monthly meeting.

-Leading R&D team on enterance systems such as sliding and revolving door during development period. -Responsible for motion and safety sensors for revolving and sliding door systems. -Leading of projects related to EU regulation and CE certification for revolving door systems with PORTALP France, in order to get opportunities to enter EU market -Finding competitive motor and devices supplier all over the world, leading the prototypes trials and verifying for purchase.

-Responsible for SIS project (Serieninstandsetzung). -Preparations of recycle requirements for Common Rail injectors (CRI2.1, CRI2.2), which are used fo in the diesel motors by creating part list and inspection reports in SAP.
