Zone Product Lead for Tecnomatix solutions; certification, technical support, organization of technical trainings and regional training events (Indonesia, China); conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business planning, pipeline reviews and sales data analysis with SAP & SFDC.

Design, specification and implementation of MPM customizations and various modules related to data import/export, process implementation and cost planning, including project management; onsite customer support, team training and coaching, as well as personal development of team members. Special assignment in October/November 2004, March/April 2005: Design, specification and implementation of a Simulated-Annealing based Online Sequencer with an Automotive customer in Taichung, Taiwan.

Interim phase - various assignments prior to my transfer to Nihon Tecnomatix/Japan, mainly around maintenance and support of customization modules deployed at a major AOEM in Germany. Design, specification and implementation of a STEP-Importer for a supplier company related to the Automotive Industry.

By request of the Nihon Tecnomatix Team, supported customization design, specification and development for various customers in Japan as an intra company transferee. Design, specification and implementation of a C++ based SDK for Rapid Prototype development, introducing the SDK company wide and thus significantly lowering migration cost for customizations deployed at multiple AOEMs in Germany as well as allowing for cost efficient application development for customers in Japan.

Software design, conception/specification, implementation and related project management for several projects with multiple AOEMs in Germany in the context of alternative planning, cost planning, change management, data management and usability improvements.

Key contributor for the development of a new manufacturing process planning solution based on ObjectStore. Design, specification and implementation of core foundation/data model applications. Customization project management, module performance analysis and improvement, and localization of the entire process planning solution at a major AOEM in Germany. Design, specification and implementation of a module for manual/automatic line balancing in the Final Assembly area with a major AOEM in Germany.
