With over 6 years of experience in IT Service Management, DevOps, and large-scale enterprise operations, I currently lead service and project delivery within the Volkswagen ecosystem at Reply AG. My role goes beyond managing services, I am accountable for ensuring stability, driving continuous improvement, and aligning business, development, and infrastructure teams under one operational vision.

Creation, maintenance and improvement of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) of pipelines and processes. Providing 2nd Level support for entire Infrastructure. Implementation of Dev-Ops methods at project level. Implementation of encryption and network security on Infrastructure. Dealing with dockers and controlling them with Kubernetes. Administration of monitoring tools with Grafana & Zabbix. ITIL certified. OCI Foundation Associate certified.

I was looking after all the allocated mobile/ stationary BTS sites as a Post Optimization Engineer. Moreover, I was responsible for customer satisfaction at their given KPI`s. I was also a “Team Lead” for several projects in which I was managing different teams for different activities such as Drive Test team, Frequency Planning & Re-use team, Network Monitoring team and also Generating Reports for Clusters, New sites, Pre-Post faulty BTS area and Customer Reporting.

Analytical Reports including Call drop rate, TCH throughput, Maintaining & Updating BTS-MSC records, Neighbour frequency re-planning after SWAP sites, Verifying parameters after SWAP activities

Looking after alarms for BTS faults in real time and generating reports, Identifying faulty Hardware, and commissioning of new BTS sites
